About McKay & Associates

John graduated from Utah State University in 1987 with a master’s degree in Soil Science. After his wife, Debbie, graduated in 1989, they moved to California to work on a ranch. While working on the ranch, John was asked to put in sprinkler systems for the ranch and all the homes on the ranch.

Soon everyone in their neighborhood wanted John to put in their sprinkler systems. In 1995, John and Debbie moved back to Mount Pleasant, Utah, to pursue their dream of running a family-owned business and McKay and Associates was born. Over the years, John has perfected numerous landscaping services such as sprinkler systems, outdoor lighting, water features, and more!
